3. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans: LineGuard offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LineGuard for:

• Any unlawful purpose or illegal activity
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating others
• Transmitting malware or malicious code
• Violating any third-party rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Call Recording and Privacy

By using LineGuard, you acknowledge that calls to your LineGuard number may be recorded and processed by our AI systems. You are responsible for complying with Australian privacy laws regarding call recording and should inform callers that their calls may be recorded.

6. Limitation of Liability

LineGuard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LineGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

The LineGuard service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by LineGuard and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the service for your business purposes.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
